Even after the darkest nights, morning always comes... Living this day to the fullest, is the highest tribute we can offer to their memory... (quote from ace combat 6 i listened to as this pic popped up and made my eyes instantly tear up. )
Great drawing... It's sad but good... I'd like to ask if you're interested to take part in this project that I've started. I'm trying to gather deviants to send cards of well wishes to Sandy Hook Elementary. There is more information in my journal here: [link] You don't have to take part if you don't want to. It's your choice. If you don't, could you at least help me spread the word? It would be a great help, thanks.
I couldnt believe what my teacher told me that on Friday. She said, "I am going to have to explain to my 5 year old daughter what to do if a man walking into her classroom with a gun and what to do." What that man did was very wrong, and he killed himself because he was to much of a weeping person to take his punishment. I talked to my dad and he said it made his gut hurt like crazy! I got a foreward and it said to wear blue on Monday for those kids in Connecticut. You guys should follow and wear BLUE to school on Monday, if you still have school!! I love this picture, by the way. It's going in my favorites!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In Connecticut a man shot up kids in a school because he believed his mother loved them more than him. Last I heard 20 kids were shot and 8 adults were shot. He killed himself so he wouldn't have to take his punishment.
and thats right vanellope ;w; thats right children are our hero's too *i feel a great old school song is need here like oh um "i believe the children are our future teach them well and let them lead the way give them all the beauty they posess insiiiiide give them a sence of pride" * *you know the song and it perfecrtly fits for this too*
Even though it's a sketch, it does it's job, letting the emotion come through. Those poor kids are safe now. I just feel awful thinking about their parents. So close to Christmas too. You know their parents had already bought their Christmas presents and everything. But one thing is I am once again reminded that there are ten times more good people in the world. People are giving money, prayers, time, art and sympathy to each other. I won't remember the name of the killer, I'll think of the thousands of good people who take time to help others heal.
