More depressing art...yea...As with most of my art there's deep meaning and symbolism in it. But I wont give it all away because then it wouldn't leave and room for YOU to interpret your own views on it.

Sketch done in my drawing journal during school.

I know the shadow is a bit off. it was supposed to look like she has wings.....just...idk consider it abstract-ish and be creative. x'D

I like making messy/grungy looking effect with the sketch and gimp. I think it helps convey the emotion well.

This is a very deep and emotional drawing. The shades of grey come across very well for this picture, making the bright red blood stand out even more boldly. I like how you used the turn of phrase, "Stabbed in the back" and made it literal. I also appreciate how the girl is going all natural, giving a sense of how naked she's feeling about this. The only thing that could be improved, is that the arm looks a little bit awkward. Other than that, this is really good and the shading is well done! I'm sorry, I may be over thinking this drawing, but it is very beautiful, all the same!

Wow this is really deep. The thought of getting "stabbed in the back" is terrible, but actually getting stabbed in the back is really depressing. It has and incredible impact and for some people this would really "pull the heart strings". The technique you used was very good. The anatonomy of the girl is very good, almost like an actual girl. Her hair is fantstic, absolutily love it. the backgroung is very good. Very dark and gloomy like the overall messege and emotion. The only things that I don't like are the shadow's appreance and the fatc that the girl is nude. But I can get the nudity part. Oveall it's really good.
