Done... 3 days... Working till 3 am each night... A total of about 18~20 hours. One for sketching....one for lining..the rest for coloring. Needless to say my hand is dead.
So yea, the idea is me as Alice in candyland
Used: ballpoint pen Colored pencils crayola markers [for some of the outlines] white acrylic paint [for highlights] photoshop [for cleaning]
What really pissed me off tho was my eraser torn the paper around the nose area and I had to waste a lot of time trying to fix that with paint.
From now on I'll try to put this much or more effort into my major pieces.
I seriously like this picture. the way it was draw is excellent. the theme behind it is a wonderful one. also the detail is astounding The imagery used is so bright and colorful and gives you a happy feeling to look at, i not a super happy person but even i get kinda happy looking at it. You truly have a gift for these sort of things. The detail is so fine and accurate it makes it seems as if she will step through the screen and come alive. One of my favorite parts is the face. The face looks like very realistic and so so life like. I truly enjoy this picture
It's not meant to be alice. The play on it was myself dressed up as alice in candy land in my own style. And I'd prefer it if you didn't insult anyone, thank you very much.
